Your hour is just that – an hour! No travel time because I come to you. No equipment? No problem! I bring what we need to each workout. Want to make more of your lunch hour? Great – we can take it outdoors or utilize your office fitness center. Headed out of town but don’t want to get off track? I work with clients to plan their vacation fitness strategy either before departure or upon arrival.

Pelvicore Strength & Restore

This class, led by Jen Dixon, MS, NSCA-CPT, is a total-body workout that incorporates a functional approach to training the Pelvic Core Neuromuscular System (PCNS). This class is for the everyday “Healthy Babe.AnyAge.AnyStage.™”.

*if currently pregnant or post-partum less than 12 weeks, physician approval to participate in an exercise program is required before the start of the first class. ** Registration is required for this 4 week course and is ongoing. If you register after the session begins, the cost will be prorated. Drop-in rate: $25/class. YGG!F has a NO REFUND policy for classes. Make-up’s allowed as schedule permits & subject to approval by YGG!F.

Fitting F.I.T.T. (Frequency, Intensity, Time, Type) In Consultation


YGG!F offers a consultation for clients who need guidance on how to “fit F.I.T.T. in” while meeting the demands of Life. At the end of the consultation, clients will have an actionable plan to help guide them through obstacles that typically inhibit or prohibit their ability to participate in a regular exercise program and/or incorporate healthy eating into their daily life. YGG!F® Pelvicore® Foundations Workshop Will Return Summer 2018!

The goal of this workshop is to educate participants on the anatomy and function of the Pelvic Core Neuromuscular System (PCNS) and the importance of training the PCNS functionally. Attendees will learn the foundation of how to RESTORE the Pelvic Core Muscles (Respiratory Diaphragm, Abdominals, Hip & Back Muscles, Pelvic Floor Muscles) – all of which experience increased stresses as a result of life, sport and/or pregnancy.
